PPH术联合肛瘘切除术治疗混合痔合并低位单纯性肛瘘的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析PPH术联合肛瘘切除术对混合痔合并低位单纯性肛瘘进行治疗的临床效果。方法选择2017年2月—2018年12月本院收治的混合痔合并低位单纯性肛瘘患者100例作为研究对象,按照患者实施不同手术治疗的方式分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各50例。观察组采用PPH术结合肛瘘切除术进行治疗,对照组采用外剥内扎术结合肛瘘切除术进行治疗。比较两组患者在术后伤口疼痛评分、伤口水肿评分及伤口出血评分情况。结果观察组在术后第4 d、8 d、12 d、16 d的伤口疼痛、水肿及出血评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用PPH术联合肛瘘切除术对混合痔合并低位单纯性肛瘘进行治疗,能有效缓解术后患者不适症状,具有良好的治疗效果,在临床上具有较高的应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of PPH combined with anal fistula resection in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids and low simple anal fistula.Methods 100 patients with mixed hemorrhoids and low level simple anal fistula those admitted to our hospital between February 2017 and December 2018 were selected as study subjects.According to the different operation methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,each group with 50 cases.The observation group was treated with PPH combined with anal fistula resection,while patients in the control group was treated with external stripping and internal dressing combined with anal fistula resection.The pain score,edema score and bleeding score of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of pain,edema and bleeding in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at the 4th,8th,12th and 16th days after operation(P<0.05).Conclusions PPH combined with anal fistula resection could effectively alleviate the symptoms of the disease and have good therapeutic effect and has a high clinical value.
