摘　　要：穿孔性阑尾炎是外科最常见的疾病之一,而阑尾皮肤瘘则被视为是穿孔阑尾炎的罕见并发症。阑尾皮肤瘘临床表现缺乏特异性,很难明确诊断。不正确的治疗常导致疾病反复发作,无法得到根治。在这里我们呈现一个不典型的阑尾皮肤瘘的病例的管理。Perforated appendicitis is one of the most common diseases encountered by surgeons.Appendico-cutaneous fistula is often considered a rare complication of perforated appendicitis.The clinical manifestation of appendico-cutaneous fistula is lack of specificity,so it is difficult to make a correct diagnosis.Incorrect treatment often leads to recurrent episodes of the disease.We present the management of a case of an atypical appendico-cutaneous fistula..
