服刑人员家庭环境对其心理特征的影响调查及其对策分析

摘　　要：目的探讨服刑人员家庭环境对其心理特征的影响调查及其对策。方法2017年1月—2018年12月分别采用家庭环境量表(FES-CV)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、防御方式问卷(DSQ)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对190名服刑人员(研究组)和50名正常志愿者(对照组)进行调查,进行两组各评分比较。对研究组FES-CV与SCL-90、DSQ、EPQ评分的关系进行分析,并分析服刑人员心理干预对策。结果相对于对照组,研究组FES-CV的家庭矛盾性[(4.46±1.62)分和(2.24±1.11)分]、娱乐性[(4.95±1.66)分和(2.92±2.13)分]得分均较高,而其家庭亲密度[(4.78±2.02)分和(7.59±1.96)分]、知识性[(2.84±1.13)分和(5.26±2.15)分]、控制性[(3.15±0.89)分和(3.96±0.42)分]得分则均较低(P<0.05)。服刑人员的SCL-90心身症状评定量表总分高于对照组的[(202.85±37.65)分和(129.98±25.44)分],服刑人员各因子分亦高于对照组(P<0.05)。相对于对照组,研究组DSQ不成熟心理防御机制[(3.92±0.65)分和(3.15±0.87)分]及中间型心理防御机制[(4.65±0.78)分和(3.81±0.71)分]得分均较高(P<0.05)。研究组EPQ神经质[(15.11±4.68)分和(9.24±4.85)分]、精神质得分[(7.52±2.25)分和(4.55±2.03)分]高于对照组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,研究组FES-CV的家庭矛盾性、娱乐性得分与其SCL-90心身症状评定量表总分、DSQ不成熟心理防御机制及中间型心理防御机制得分、EPQ神经质、精神质得分均呈正相关(P<0.05);研究组FES-CV的家庭亲密度、知识性、控制性得分与其SCL-90心身症状评定量表总分、DSQ不成熟心理防御机制及中间型心理防御机制得分、EPQ神经质、精神质得分则均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论服刑人员家庭环境对其心理健康状况、心理防御机制以及人格特征等方面均具有较大影响,在进行相关心理干预的同时,可通过对提高犯罪家庭预防观念以及家庭预防重要性认识,从改善家庭环境方面着手减少服刑人�Objective To explore the influence of family environment on the psychological characteristics of inmates and analysis of the countermeasure.Methods Family Environment Scale(FES-CV),Symptom Self-rating Scale(SCL-90),Defense Style Questionnaire(DSQ),and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)were applied to investigate 190 prisoners(research group)and 50 normal volunteers(control group),and the scores of the two groups were compared.The relationship between FES-CV score with SCL-90,DSQ,EPQ scores of the research group was analyzed,and the psychological intervention strategies of prisoners were analyzed.Results Compared with those of the control group,the scores of FES-CV in the study group was higher in family contradiction(4.46±1.62 points vs 2.24±1.11 points)and entertainment(4.95±1.66 points vs 2.92±2.13 points),while the scores of family intimacy(4.78±2.02 points vs 7.59±1.96 points),knowledge(2.84±1.13 points vs 5.26±2.15 points)and control(3.15±0.89 points vs 3.96±0.42 points)were lower(P<0.05).The total score of the SCL-90 psychosomatic symptom rating scale of the prisoners(202.85±37.65 points)was higher than the control group(129.98±25.44 points),and the scores of each factor of the prisoners were also higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those of the control group,the scores of DSQ in immature psychological defense mechanism(3.92±0.65 points vs 3.15±0.87 points)and intermediate psychological defense mechanism(4.65±0.78 points vs 3.81±0.71 points)were higher in the study group(P<0.05).The the scores of EPQ in neuroticism(15.11±4.68 points vs 9.24±4.85 points)and psychoticism(7.52±2.25 points vs 4.55±2.03 points)in the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis results showed that scores of family contradictions and entertainment of FES-CV in the study group were positively correlated with the total score of SCL-90 psychosomatic symptom rating scale,immature psychological defense mechanism and intermediate psychological defen
