摘 要:目的探索适合本科护理教育的姑息照护核心知识课程。方法于2018年3—12月对本校“卓越护士教育培养计划”之“老年护理”模块班的学生29名,采用理论授课、情境模拟、反思报告等形式进行姑息照护核心知识的培训。结果与实施教育前相比,护生的姑息照护知识、人文关怀品质和人文关怀能力更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对学生的反思报告进行分析,本科护生的姑息照护态度可以归纳为4个主题:“对姑息照护和姑息照护理念的认知”“姑息照护体验”“姑息照护实践中的情绪”“对姑息照护教学的意见和建议”。结论本研究的“姑息照护核心知识课程”能有效提高本科护生的姑息照护核心知识水平。Objective To explore the course of core knowledge of palliative care suitable for undergraduate nursing education.Methods This study was implemented in the 29 nursing students from“geriatric nursing”module class of“Excellent Nurse Education and Training Program”in our school.The students were trained of palliative care core knowledge in the forms of theoretical teaching,situational simulation and reflection report.Results Compared with those before education,the scores of PCQN,the quality and ability of humanistic care of nursing students were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Through the analysis of reflective reports of students,the attitudes of undergraduate nursing students towards palliative care could be summarized into four themes:“cognition of the concept of palliative care and palliative care”,“experience of palliative care”,“emotion in practice of palliative care”,and“opinions and suggestions on teaching palliative care”.Conclusions The“the course of core knowledge of palliative care”in this study could effectively improve the level of core knowledge of palliative care for undergraduate nursing students.
