摘 要:基于硅酸盐改性的聚氨酯加固材料注入到煤岩体中,交联生成的凝胶体在粘接强度方面下降的问题,研究了粘接试样厚度的控制、粘接片的表面处理和胶接时材料的状态等因素对硅酸盐改性的聚氨酯加固材料粘接强度的影响。实验结果表明:使用导线或小玻璃球控制粘接样片厚度的效果相同,粘接强度最高可达4.6 MPa;使用硝酸处理后的铜片作为粘结片时,其粘接强度最高可达4.97 MPa;在粘结试剂混合均匀后40 s内制样,其粘接强度最高可达4.61 MPa。Based on the problem that the bonding strength of the gel generated by cross-linking is decreased,when the silicate modified polyurethane reinforcement material is injected into the coal and rock mass,and the influences of the thickness control of the bonding sample,the surface treatment of the bonding sheet and the state of the bonding material on the bonding strength of the silicate modified polyurethane reinforcement material were studied.The experimental results show that the effect of using wire or small glass ball to control the thickness of bonding sample was the same,and the highest bonding strength could reach up to 4.6 MPa;when the copper sheet treated with nitric acid was used as the bonding sheet,the bonding strength could reach up to 4.97 MPa;and the highest bonding strength could reach up to 4.61 MPa within 40 s after the bonding reagent was mixed evenly.
