摘　　要：使用氯化聚乙烯(CM)作为基料,研制出一种符合NEMA WC58-2008标准中性能要求的超重型高强度高粘合性彩色氯化聚乙烯橡胶护套料配方,并重点研究了CM的品种、补强材料种类及其填充量、交联剂等几种因素对拉伸强度、粘合性能的影响。The chlorinated polyethylene(CM)is used as the base material to develop an extra⁃heavy duty and high⁃adhesive color chlorinated polyethylene rubber sheath material formula that meets the performance requirements of the NEMA WC 58—2008 standard.The influence of the variety of CM,the type of reinforcing material and its filling amount,the cross⁃linking agent and other factors on the tensile strength and bonding performance were studied.
