摘　　要：随着COVID-19持续性在世界范围内发展,使得我国疫情防控进入常态化.现实需求提出了如何依托社区健康治理的现代化转向,以及社区体育如何作为的新议程.采用文献研究与逻辑分析的方法,从社区健康治理现代化的概念及其构成要素、社区健康治理现代化转向的现实需求、社会体育的作为担当及其实践路径等维度逐一展开论述.分析认为,社区健康治理中的健康促进理念与实践缺失、以及社区居民积极性生活方式不足等现实是社区健康治理现代化转向的重要依据.对此,提出多元责任主体协同机制、深化供给侧结构性改革以及强化公共体育服务等维度社区健康治理实践路径等对策.With the continuous development of COVID-19 in the world,China's epidemic prevention and control has become normal.Realistic needs put forward a new agenda of how to rely on the modernization of community health governance and how community sports can be used.Based on literature research and logical analysis,this article discusses the dimensions of community health governance modernization and its constituent elements,the actual needs of community health governance modernization,the role of social sports and their practical paths.The authors believe that the lack of health promotion concepts and practices in community health governance and the lack of active lifestyle of community residents are important basis for the modernization of community health governance.In this regard,this article proposes strategies for community health governance practices and other measures from the perspective of the multi-responsibility subject coordination mechanism,deepening of the supply-side structural reform and public sports services strengthening.
