摘  要:金花茶组是山茶属中罕有的花色金黄的品种,目前已经鉴别至少28种以上,种间鉴别困难,本研究拟通过已有的金花茶组品种的条形码序列建立其品种之间的分子鉴别方法。从GenBank核酸数据库下载到薄叶金花茶、金花茶、显脉金花茶、凹脉金花茶、柠檬金花茶、小花金花茶、小瓣金花茶、东兴金花茶与毛瓣金花茶等的trnl-trnF、rpl 16、psbA-tmH序列。序列聚类分析结果显示,trnl-trnF序列最多只能在这些金花茶样本中区分出显脉金花茶。rp116系列可准确的鉴别出毛瓣金花茶。psbA-tmH序列能准确鉴别毛瓣金花茶。Camellia camellia group is a rare species with golden flower Camellia genus.At least 28 species have been identified,and it is difficult to identify them among species.The aim of this study is to establish molecular identification method among the existing varieties of Camellia sinensis by the bar code sequence classification.And,the sequences.......the sequences of trnl-trnF,rpl 16 and psbA-tmH from Camellia chrysanthoides,Camellia nitidissima,Camellia euphlebia,Camellia impressinervis,Camellia limonia,Camellia micrantha,Camellia parvipetala,Camellia tunghinensis and Camellia pubipetala were download from GenBank nucleic acid database.The results of sequence clustering analysis showed that the trnl-trnF sequence could only distinguish the Camelli euphlebia samples,while the sequences of rpl 16 and psbA-tmH could both accurately identify the Camellia pubipetala.
