摘 要:采用硅灰碱溶法一次性投料制备硅酸锂溶液,以收率和模数为主要指标,用正交分析探究其制备工艺,测试分析了样品性能,并对其进行了混凝土表面处理的应用评价。优化的制备条件为:反应温度90℃,LiOH质量分数1.5%,液固比14,反应时间2 h。制得的透明硅酸锂溶液模数可达3.5,收率大于91%,胶体中位粒径为397.3 nm,黏度为1.25 mPa·s。该硅酸锂溶液直接应用于混凝土表面处理后,能提高混凝土抗压强度,改善混凝土表层微观结构,且可使混凝土表层3~4 mm处孔隙率降低约30%。The preparation of lithium silicate solution by alkali dissolution of silica fume and one-time feeding was studied with the yield and modulus as the main indexes.The preparation technology was explored by orthogonal analysis.The properties of the sample were tested and analyzed.The application evaluation of surface treatment of concrete was conducted.The optimized preparation conditions were as follows:reaction temperature 90℃,LiOH mass fraction 1.5%,liquid-solid ratio 14,reaction time 2 h.The prepared lithium hyaluronate solution has a modulus of 3.5,a yield of over 91%,a median particle size of 397.3 nm,and a viscosity of 1.25 mPa·s.When the lithium silicate solution is directly applied to the surface treatment of concrete,it can enhance the compressive strength of concrete,improve the microstructure of concrete surface,and reduce the porosity of concrete surface layer by about 30%at 3~4 mm.
