摘　　要：随着教育教学改革的逐渐深化,信息量不断增加,传统的教育教学改革研究管理模式正面临着严峻的挑战.在此背景下,本文采用软件工程的思维设计了一个基于信息技术的高校教师教育研究管理信息系统.运行结果表明,系统优化了当前高校教育教学改革研究的管理模式,提高了高校教育教学改革研究工作的管理水平和管理效率,具备一定的应用价值和推广价值.With the gradual deepening of education and teaching reform and the increasing amount of information,the traditional research and management model of education and teaching reform is facing severe challenges.In this context,this article uses software engineering thinking to design a management information system for university teacher education research based on information technology.The results of the operation show that the system optimizes the current management mode of education and teaching reform research in colleges and universities,improves the management level and efficiency of the research work of education and teaching reform in colleges and universities,and has certain application value and promotion value.
