摘  要:目的:探讨chromobox家族蛋白(CBX)在评估肺癌预后中的作用。方法:在ONCOMINE、UALCAN、Human Protein Atlas、Kaplan-Meier Plotter等数据库中对CBX mRNA和蛋白表达水平以及肺癌患者的生存期等数据进行生物信息学分析和整理。结果:8个CBX成员的表达均与肺癌患者的临床分期(AJCC-TNM分期)显著相关,其中CBX2、CBX4、CBX7和CBX8表达水平增高与肺癌患者总生存率(OS)显著相关,CBX2、CBX4和CBX8表达增高预示肺癌患者预后差,而CBX7表达水平升高预示肺癌患者预后良好。结论:CBX2、CBX4、CBX7和CBX8可以作为检测标志物,用于预测肺癌患者的生存期。Objective:To assess the role of the chromobox family(CBX)in evaluation of the prognosis of lung cancer.Methods:The data including mRNA and protein expression of CBX,as well as survival time of patients with lung cancer sourced from ONCOMINE,UALCAN,Human Protein Atlas,Kaplan-Meier Plotter and other databases were performed with bioinformatics analysis.Results:The results suggested that there were 8 CBX members significantly related to the clinical stage(AJCC-TNM stage)of lung cancer.Among them,the increased CBX2,CBX4,CBX7 and CBX8 were related to the total survival rate(OS)of lung cancer.Elevation of CBX2,CBX4 and CBX8 predicted poor prognosis in patients with lung cancer.While the higher CBX7 level indicated much better prognosis in patients with lung cancer.Conclusion:CBX2,CBX4,CBX7,and CBX8 could be served as the markers for predicting the survival of lung cancer.
