摘 要:为了研究豫南地区的野生大豆种质资源分布和种群间的亲缘关系,利用SSR分子标记采用20对引物对豫南地区12份野生大豆进行鉴定和遗传多样性分析。结果表明,20对引物对12份野生大豆共扩增63个等位基因,平均每对引物扩增3.1个等位基因;12份野生大豆在分子水平上发生了一定的遗传变化,聚类结果可以看出,12份材料聚类分成了三大类,SSR分子标记与材料的地理来源并没有明显的相关性。野生大豆的亲缘关系与生长的地理环境、表型性状等具有一定的相关性,同一区域收集到的野生大豆也表现出遗传分化。The purpose of this study was to study the distribution and genetic relationship among populations of wild soybean germplasm resources in southern He’nan.SSR markers were used to identify and analyze genetic diversity of 12 wild soybean germplasms in southern Henan province.A total of 63 alleles were amplified by 20 primer pairs to 12 wild soybean,with an average of 3.1 alleles amplified by each primer pair.There were some genetic changes in the 12 wild soybean germplasms at the molecular level,and the clustering results showed that the 12 germplasms were divided into three categories.There was no obvious correlation between SSR molecular markers and the geographical origin of the germplasms.The phylogenetic relationship of the wild soybeans was related to the geographical environment and phenotypic traits,and the wild soybean collected from the same area also showed genetic differentiation.
