摘 要:隐性上位互作核不育授粉控制系统是甘蓝型油菜杂种优势利用安全、高效的授粉控制系统,因其育性稳定、恢复源广等优点,在油菜杂交育种中越来越受到重视。根据隐性上位互作核不育系的遗传机理,结合多年从事隐性上位互作核不育三系选育的育种实践,梳理出在甘蓝型油菜隐性上位互作核不育系材料选育中,自交或杂交下一代常见的不育株分离比例,并依据遗传机理推断其基因型,从而为育种工作者明晰育种思路和育种方法,提高育种效率。The recessive epistatic interaction genic male sterile(REIGMS)system is a safe and efficient pollination control system for the utilization of heterosis in Brassica napus,and it has attracted more and more attention in rapeseed hybrid breeding because of its advantages of stable fertility and wide recovery source.According to the genetic mechanism of REIGMS lines,combined with many years of breeding practice of three-line breeding based on REIGMS,the separation ratio of common GMS lines in the next generation of self-crossing or hybrid was analyzed during the breeding of REIGMS lines.Further,according to the genetic mechanism,the genotype was inferred,so as to clarify the breeding ideas and methods for the breeders and improve the breeding efficiency.
