摘 要:为了研究不同填料对种衣剂包衣后种子光滑度的影响,通过测定不同填料加工而成的种子处理可分散粉剂的吸湿率、坡度角等相关数据,再进行玻璃化转变温度计算,探究了包衣种子光滑度降低的原因。结果表明:不同填料的WS吸湿率均随湿度增大呈逐渐增加趋势,湿度为93.58%时,使用亲水性白炭黑、轻钙、疏水性白炭黑为填料的WS吸湿率分别为7.51%、3.80%和0.14%;亲水性白炭黑、疏水性白炭黑、吸湿轻钙、干燥轻钙的玻璃化转变温度分别为48.48、66.67、61.21和77.00℃;坡度角由大到小的填料顺序依次为亲水性白炭黑、吸湿轻钙、疏水性白炭黑、干燥轻钙。在种子处理可分散粉剂中加入不同填料,会影响粉体吸湿率,进而造成粉体玻璃化转变温度发生变化,影响种子包衣后的光滑程度。在种子处理可分散粉剂配方研制过程中,要尽可能避免使用亲水性白炭黑及受潮的轻钙等吸湿性强的物质作为填料。In order to study the effect of different fillers on seeds smoothness after coating,the humidity absorption rate and angle of gradient of water dispersible powder for seed treatment(WS)with different fillers were measured,the glass transition temperature were caculated,and the reasons of seeds smoothness reducing were explored.The results demonstrated that the humidity absorption rate increased with the increasing of humidity.When the humidity was 93.58%,the humidity absorption rate of WS filled with hydrophilic silica,light calcium carbonate and hydrophobic silica was 7.51%,3.80%and 0.14%,respectively.The glass transition temperature of hydrophilic silica,hydrophobic silica,moisture-absorbed light calcium carbonate and dry light calcium carbonate was 48.48℃,66.67℃,61.21℃and 77.00℃,respectively.The order of the angle of gradient was hydrophilic silica>moisture-absorbed light calcium carbonate>hydrophobic silica>dry light calcium carbonate.The fillers in WS can influence the humidity absorption rate,then cause the change of glass transition temperature,and influence the smoothness of coated seeds.Therefore,the fillers with strong hygroscopicity such as hydrophilic silica and moisture-absorbed light calcium carbonate should be avoided as much as possible.
