摘　　要："粮食丰产增效科技创新"重点专项河北项目区在项目实施过程中,注重培育、带动新型农业经营主体,推进农业社会化服务模式的创新,在推动企业社会化服务创新发展时采取了一系列行之有效的具体措施。以河北垄上行现代农业服务有限公司(垄上行土地托管协会)为例,深入分析河北项目区在促进农业社会化服务创新发展的具体实施措施,旨为其他地区开展农业社会化服务创新发展提供借鉴与参考。In the implementation of Scientific and Technological Innovation of High Grain Yield and Efficiency in Hebei,the new agricultural management subjects were paid attention to cultivate and drive,the innovative model of socialized agricultural service was promoted,and a series of effective measures were taken.Taking Hebei Longshangxing Modern Agriculture Service Limited Company as an example,the specific implementation measures in Hebei were analyzed deeply in promoting the innovative model development of socialized agricultural service,in order to provide reference for the innovative development of agricultural socialized services in other regions.
