摘　　要：目的构建支持社区卫生服务中心快速转换为应急疫苗接种点的概念模型。方法综合运用文献调研、业务流程建模、数学建模等方法,分析大规模预防接种的任务需求、设计运行流程、建立关键资源需求测算模型。结果提出了一种大规模预防接种点概念模型,并以天花生物恐怖袭击后的大规模预防接种为想定验证了概念模型的可用性结论社区卫生服务中心在生物恐怖处置等应急条件下可快速转换为应急疫苗接种点,缓解大规模预防接种的需求。Objective To build a conceptual model that supports the rapid transformation of community health centers into emergency vaccination sites.Methods Through comprehensive methods like literature research,business process modeling and mathematical modeling,the task requirements of mass vaccination were analyzed,the operation process was designed,and the key resource demand measurement model was established.Results A conceptual model of mass vaccination site was proposed,and the usability of the conceptual model was verified with the assumption of mass vaccination after a smallpox bioterrorism attack.Conclusion Community health centers can be rapidly transformed into emergency vaccination sites under emergencies such as bioterrorism disposal,thus meeting the demand for mass vaccination sites.
