摘  要:目的采用高通量测序分析观察三伏贴对特禀质人群肠道微生物的影响。方法纳入10例特禀质(试验组)及10例平和质(对照组)受试者,对试验组进行两年三伏贴干预,观察两组受试者两年前后中医体质辨识结果和肠道微生物差异。结果经过2年三伏贴干预后,试验组的特禀质得分降低,平和质得分升高(P <0.05)。试验组的肠道微生物α多样性无改变(P> 0.05);相对丰度>0.01的菌属中,2020年对照2018年,试验组的Parabacteroides、Parasutterella相对丰度下降,对照组的Faecalibacterium相对丰度上升、Sutterella相对丰度下降(P <0.05)。试验组肠道微生物中的biaomaker发生改变,并与对照组不同。结论三伏贴改善特禀质受试者体质状态,可能与其肠道微生物属水平群落结构及biaomaker有关。Objective To analyze and observe the impact of Sanfutie(dog-day paste)on intestinal microbiota in population with special diathesis constitution by using high-throughput sequencing.Methods Ten subjects in special diathesis type(experimental group)and ten patients in gentleness type(control group)were enrolled.The experimental group received two-year Sanfutie intervention.The differences in TCM diagnosis results of constitution and intestinal microbiota after and before the period between the two groups were observed.Results After two-year Sanfutie intervention,the score of special diathesis type decreased and the score of gentleness type increased in the experimental group(P<0.05);the alpha diversity of intestinal microbiota did not change(P>0.05).Compared with the year of 2018,among bacterial genuses with the relative abundance>0.01 in 2020,the relative abundance of Parabacteroides and Parasutterella declined in the experimental group,and the relative abundance of Faecalibacterium increased and the relative abundance of Sutterella decreased in the control group(P<0.05).In the experimental group,biomarkers in intestinal microbiota altered,different from those in the control group.Conclusion Sanfutie improves the constitutional status of subjects in special diathesis type,which may be associated with their intestinal microbial community structure and biomarkers.
