多级语义约束框架下的应急测绘数据集成方法研究

摘　　要：针对多源异构应急测绘数据在数据集成过程中数据相互孤立、语义描述单一等问题,通过对应急测绘数据类型、特征等分析,提出多级语义约束框架下的应急测绘数据集成方法。首先,依据灾害事件、应急数据空间、时间、属性特征构建灾害事件与应急测绘数据的语义关联性,实现数据与事件关联的统一描述;然后,从灾害事件语义约束、应急测绘数据语义约束、时效性语义约束3个层级约束出发,搭建多级语义约束框架;最后,以用户需求为导向,实现多级语义约束框架下的应急测绘数据快速集成。经实践分析可知,该方法可切实改善应急测绘数据集成效率,一定程度解决应急测绘数据管理系统数据冗余问题,同时可满足应急测绘数据时效性的需要。In view of the problems such as data isolation and semantic description of multi-source heterogeneous emergency mapping data in the process of data integration,the method of emergency mapping data integration under the framework of multi-level semantic constraint is proposed through the analysis of emergency mapping data type and characteristics.First of all,according to disaster events,emergency data space,time and attribute characteristics,the semantic correlation of disaster events and emergency mapping data is constructed,and a unified description of data and events is carried out.Then,from 3 levels of constraints,the disaster event semantic constraints,emergency mapping data semantic constraints,time-constrained semantic constraints,a multi-level semantic constraint framework is built.Finally,guided by user needs,a multi-level semantic constraints under the framework of rapid integration of emergency mapping data is achieved.It can be proved by practical analysis that this method can improve the efficiency of emergency mapping data integration,solve the problem of data redundancy of emergency mapping data management system to a certain extent,and meet the needs of the efficiency of emergency mapping data.
