摘　　要：目的对综合护理干预在糖尿病患者中的血糖控制效果进行Meta分析。方法以“综合护理干预”“糖尿病”为检索词,使用计算机检索中文数据库(中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献库、维普)2008年—2019年期间发表的随机对照试验类文献,根据纳入和排除标准,对所得文献进行质量评价和异质性检验。比较应用综合护理干预与常规护理干预对糖尿病患者的空腹血糖、餐后两小时血糖和糖化血红蛋白的控制效果的影响。结果最终纳入文献14篇,共1382例患者,其中综合护理组691例,常规护理组691例。Meta分析结果显示,综合护理组3、6个月的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白均低于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预对控制糖尿病患者的血糖水平具有明显的效果。Objective To conduct a Meta-analysis on the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on glycemic control in diabetic patients.Methods Using"Comprehensive Nursing Intervention"and"Diabetes"as search terms,we used a computer to search for randomized controlled trials published in Chinese databases(CNKI and,Wanfang Database,China Biomedical Literature Library,Weipu)from 2008 to 2019,According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the quality evaluation and heterogeneity test of the obtained literature were conducted.The effects of comprehensive nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention on fasting blood glucose,blood glucose at two hours after a meal and glycated hemoglobin in patients with diabetes were compared.Results A total of 14 articles were included in the literature,with a total of 1382 patients,691 in the comprehensive care group and 691 in the conventional care group.Meta-analysis results showed that the fasting blood glucose at 3 and 6 months,the two-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin in the comprehensive care group were lower than those in the conventional care group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a significant effect on the control of blood sugar levels in diabetic patients.
