品管圈在降低经尿道前列腺电切术后患者便秘发生率中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的通过开展品管圈活动,持续改进护理质量,降低经尿道前列腺电切术后患者便秘发生率。方法成立品管圈小组,确定活动主题,制定目标值,调查分析患者发生便秘的原因,针对要因制定对策,建立预防经尿道前列腺电切术后便秘路径表并实施。结果实施品管圈活动后,观察组的便秘发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过开展品管圈活动可降低经尿道前列腺电切术后便秘发生率,减少引起继发性出血的诱因,减少患者不适及术后并发症的发生,促进患者康复。Objective Through quality control circle activities,continuous improvement of the quality of care,reduce the incidence of constipation after transurethral resection of prostate.Methods The quality control circle group was established to determine the theme of the activity,formulate the target value,investigate and analyze the causes of constipation of the patients,and formulate and implement countermeasures against the causes.Results The incidence of constipation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after quality control circle activities,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle activities can reduce the incidence of constipation after transurethral resection of prostate,reduce the inducement of secondary bleeding,reduce the discomfort of patients,and promote rehabilitation.
