摘　　要：目的探讨主动脉瓣置换术(TAVR)的术中护理干预及规范治疗。方法根据TAVR不同手术路径制定护理配合计划,实施有针对性的护理干预,术前全面评估,术中对各项生命体征进行严密的观察和准确记录,对临时起搏、动脉置管、静脉用药管道、瓣膜安装、末梢循环、呼吸等进行系统护理干预。结果经过医护密切配合,手术顺利,23例患者均康复出院。出院后1~3个月随访,23例患者术后超声心动图(UCG)评价心功能Ⅰ或Ⅱ级,瓣膜启闭良好,无明显反流,无瓣周漏。结论术中护理干预为TAVR手术的顺利进行创造有利条件,减少并发症的发生。Objective To summarize the key points of intraoperative nursing intervention in 23 cases of aortic valve replacement(TAVR),shorten the surgical learning curve,and provide reference for nursing cooperation in the future.Methods Before operation,besides targeted nursing interventions,preoperative patient visits preparation of equipment and items,and psychological care,nursing cooperation plans were formulated according to TAVR different surgical pathways.During the operation,the patients’vital signs were strictly observed.Results After close cooperation with medical staff,the operation went smoothly,and 23 patients recovered and were discharged.During one month and 3 months of follow-up after discharge,and the cardiac function was grade I or II.Valve opening and closing well,no obvious reflux,no leakage around the valve.Conclusion Intraoperative nursing intervention creates favorable conditions for the smooth operation during the process of TAVR operation and helps reduce the occurrence of complications.
