摘　　要：目的探讨肾康注射液联合重组人促红素对慢性肾衰竭透析患者血清血红蛋白(HBG)、白蛋白(ALB)水平的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2019年12月湛江中心人民医院收治的70例慢性肾衰竭患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组应用重组人促红素治疗方案,观察组在此基础上加用肾康注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后肾功能指标、血常规指标、电解质、相关激素指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率及治疗后HBG、红细胞(RBC)、铁蛋白(SF)及ALB水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后甲状腺旁腺激素(PTH)、磷、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)及血尿酸水平低于对照组,钙水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗期间不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于慢性肾衰竭透析患者采用肾康注射液联合重组人促红素治疗可有效改善肾功能,增加机体对铁的吸收,进而提高机体营养状态。Objective To explore the effect of Shenkang Injection Combined with recombinant human erythropoietin on serum HbG and ALB levels in hemodialysis patients with renal failure.Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Zhanjiang Central People’s Hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into an observation group(n=35)and a control group(n=35)according to the number table method.The control group was treated with recombinant human erythropoietin,and the observation group was treated with Shenkang Injection plus recombinant human erythropoietin.The therapeutic effect,renal function indexes,blood routine indexes,ferritin,related hormones,adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate and the levels of HbG,RBC,SF and ALB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of PTH,BUN,SCR and blood uric acid in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the Ca level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenkang Injection Combined with recombinant human erythropoietin can effectively improve renal function,increase iron absorption and improve nutritional status of patients with chronic renal failure dialysis.
