新冠疫情下基于超星平台的云教学应用实践——以《烹饪化学》课程为例

摘　　要：新冠疫情下号召停课不停学,国内高校纷纷开启云教学模式.超星平台作为一款集教学资源共享、课件开发、教学课堂互动、课后作业和教学评价于一体的新一代网络教学平台受到各高校的广泛青睐.为了探索云教学的教学模式,以《烹饪化学》课程为例,介绍了基于超星平台的云教学过程,并指出了云教学过程存在的一些问题及原因,为今后进行混合式教学改革提供参考.Under the circumstance of the new coronavirus epidemic and the suspension of classes,most of universities in China take the cloud teaching mode.Chaoxing platform as a new generation of network teaching platform,which integrates sharing of teaching resource,courseware development,classroom interaction,homework and teaching evaluation,is favored by many universities.In order to explore the teaching mode of cloud teaching,the course of Culinary Chemistry is taken as an example for introducing the cloud teaching process based on Chaoxing platform,and some problems and causes are pointed out,which provides the reference for future hybrid teaching reform.
