摘　　要：目的:探讨康复期脑卒中失能病人疲乏状况及其影响因素。方法:采用多维度疲乏量表、自我感受负担量表、心理韧性量表及健康调查简表对182例脑卒中失能病人进行问卷调查。结果:脑卒中失能病人康复期疲乏得分为(60.02±11.76)分,自我感受负担得分为(27.68±8.14)分,心理韧性得分为(53.33±14.81)分,生活质量得分为(61.44±12.18)分。年龄、医疗费用情况及生活质量、自我感受负担、心理韧性得分是脑卒中失能病人康复期疲乏的影响因素。结论:康复期脑卒中失能病人疲乏得分较高,应鼓励病人早期进行康复功能锻炼,降低疲乏发生率。Objective:To investigate the status quo of post-stroke fatigue of patients with disability at stage of recovery and its influencing factors.Methods:A survey,involving 182 stroke patients with disability,was conducted by using Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory(MFI),the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36),the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS).Results:The total scores of MFI,SPBS,CD-RISC and SF-36 of stroke patients with disability at stage of recovery were 60.02±11.76,27.68±8.14,53.33±14.81 and 61.44±12.18,respectively.Age,medical expenses,quality of life,self-perceived burden and resilience were the influencing factors of fatigue in stroke patients with disability at stage of recovery.Conclusion:The score of fatigue of stroke patients with disability at stage of recovery was higher.Patients should be encouraged to take early rehabilitation exercises,in order to reduce the incidence of fatigue.
