癌症病人需求评估量表的汉化及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的:对癌症病人需求评估量表(Needs Evaluation Questionnaire,NEQ)进行汉化,并检验其信效度。方法:对英文版NEQ进行翻译和跨文化调试形成中文版NEQ,采用中文版NEQ对我院住院的300例癌症病人进行调查,评价量表的信度和效度。结果:中文版NEQ的Cronbach's a系数为0.878,Guttman分半系数为0.899,重测信度系数为0.922。各条目得分间相关系数为0.501〜0.904,各条目得分与NEQ总分相关系数为0.487〜0.799(P<0.05)。量表平均内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.824,量表条目内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.800〜1.000。探索性因子分析共提取5个公因子,累计方差贡献率为55.60%。结论:中文版NEQ具有良好的信效度,可以作为我国癌症病人需求的评估工具。Objective:To translate Needs Evaluation Questionnaire(NEQ)into the Chinese and test its reliability and validity.Methods:Chinese version of NEQ was formed by translation and cross-cultural semantic equivalence assessment.The reliability and validity of Chinese version of NEQ were tested by means of questionaire among 300 cancer in patients in our hospital.Results:The Cronbach's a coefficient of Chinese version of NEQ was 0.878.Guttman split half coefficient was 0.899.Test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.922.The correlation coefficients among scores of each item ranged from 0.501 to 0.904.And the correlation coefficients between the scores of each item and the total score ranged from 0.487 to 0.799(P<0.05).The Scale-Content Validity Index(S-CVI)was 0.824.And the Item-Content Validity Index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.800 to 1.000.The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that 5 common factors were extracted,whose cumulative variance contribution was 55.60%.Conclusion:The Chinese version of NEQ had good reliability and validity,which can be used as a tool for evaluating needs of cancer patients in China.
