摘　　要：对癌症病人症状群的炎症机制进行综述,着重讨论癌症病人症状群与炎性细胞因子之间的关系,总结了症状群炎症机制研究的问题与展望,旨在为癌症病人症状群管理提供参考。This article reviewed the inflammatory mechanism of symptom clusters in cancer patients,mainly discussed the relationship between symptom clusters and inflammatory cytokines of cancer patients,and summarized the exiting problems and the future prospects of researches on inflammatory mechanism of symptom clusters,in order to provide references for the management of symptom clusters in cancer patients.
