摘 要:以中国、韩国和日本硅藻土为原料进行LiCl改性,并对改性硅藻土的吸湿、放湿性能进行分析探讨。LiCl改性对硅藻土的调湿性能明显改善,其中日本硅藻土具有最佳的吸湿性能。实验结果表明:LiCl改性日本硅藻土在最佳实验条件LiCl浓度30%、质量比1:15、改性温度80℃时,具有最好的吸湿、放湿性能;经过24 h后的吸湿实验,改性硅藻土吸湿量达到了103.67%;经过7天的放湿实验,改性硅藻土有效释放出了孔隙中储存的水分,放湿量在36.66%。SEM图观察表明,改性后的硅藻土表面沉积、吸附了LiCl颗粒,增大了其平均孔径,为良好的吸湿性能提供了条件。In this paper,LiCl modified diatomite from China,Korea,and Japan,and the moisture absorption and desorption properties of the modified diatomite are analyzed and discussed.LiCl modification can significantly improve the humidity control performance of diatomite,and Japanese diatomite has the best moisture absorption performance.The experimental results show that the best experimental conditions for LiCl modified Japanese diatomaceous earth are:LiCl concentration is 30%,mass ratio is 1:15,and the modification temperature is 80 ℃,which has the best moisture absorption and desorption performance.After 24 hours of moisture absorption experiment,the moisture absorption of modified diatomite reached 103.67%;after 7 days of moisture release experiment,the modified diatomite effectively released the water stored in the pores,and the moisture release was 36.66%.The observation of the SEM image shows that the modified diatomaceous earth has deposited and adsorbed LiCl particles,increasing its average pore size,and providing conditions for good moisture absorption performance.
