摘　　要：Graves病属中医学“瘿病”范畴,历代医家治疗瘿病经验丰富,《肘后备急方》首次提出应用海藻、昆布等含碘中药治疗瘿病,随着现代医学对于Graves病的认识不断深入,含碘中药在Graves病治疗中的作用愈发显著。诸多医家证明Graves病的发生发展与中医火热之邪密切相关,含碘中药则多味苦咸、性寒,契合“热者寒之”用药理论。基于“热者寒之”中药药性理论探讨含碘中药治疗Graves病的作用机理主要体现在调控细胞凋亡与自噬、调控表观遗传、调控细胞因子及信号通路等方面,以期为含碘中药在Graves病中规范化、标准化使用提供理论依据。Graves’disease belongs to the category of“goiter”in traditional Chinese medicine.Physicians of the past ages have accumulated rich experience in goiter treatment.Handbook of Prescriptions for Emergency first proposes to use seaweed kelp,and other iodine-containing Chinese herbs to treat it.With the deepening understanding of modern medicine for Graves’disease,iodine-containing traditional Chinese medicine plays an increasingly significant role in its treatment.Many physicians have proved that Graves’disease is closely related to fire and heat pathogens,while iodine-containing Chinese herbs are mostly bitter and salty in flavor,cold in nature,conforming to the theory of“treating heat syndrome with cold methods”.Based on this theory,it is argued that the mechanism of iodine-containing Chinese herbs in treating Graves’disease is mainly reflected in the regulation of cell apoptosis and autophagy,epigenetics,cytokines and signaling pathways,etc.,providing a theoretical basis for the standardized use of iodine-containing traditional Chinese medicine in Graves’disease.
