摘　　要：张晓甦教授认为,宫颈HPV感染病因病机为外感湿邪,或脾虚生湿,湿阻气机,肝气郁结,气滞血瘀,湿、瘀阻于冲任二脉,酿生内毒,日久肾气亏虚,正虚不能托邪外出。病机关键在于血瘀、湿热相互演化,互为因果,病情进展,耗伤正气。临证审证求因,扶正祛邪,以湿毒、血瘀、正虚三者病势程度不同各有侧重。治以利湿解毒,活血散瘀,兼顾正气。自拟"清带解毒汤",随证加减,内外合治,达到邪去正安之效。Professor Zhang Xiaosu argues that the etiology and pathogenesis of cervical HPV infection are exogenous pathogenic dampness,or spleen deficiency generating dampness,resulting in dampness obstructing qi flowing,liver qi forming stagnation and retention,qi stagnation and blood stasis,dampness and blood stasis blocking the thoroughfare and conception channels.The dampness and blood stasis then brew internal toxin,leading to kidney qi deficiency over time,and the deficiency of vital qi can not expel pathogenic factors.The key of pathogenesis lies in the mutual transformation in blood stasis and dampness,and this two pathogens interacting as both cause and effect,eventually leading to the disease progression and loss of vital qi.Emphasis is laid on examining and verifying the cause of clinical evidence,on strengthening vital qi and eliminating pathogenic factors,varying according to the degree of dampness heat,blood stasis and deficiency of kidney qi.The treatment method is promoting diuresis and detoxifcation,activating blood circulation and dispersing blood stasis,and giving consideration to healthy qi simultaneously.Professor Zhang Xiaosu develops himself a prescription named Qingdai Jiedu Decoction.His self-made prescription is featured by adding or subtracting drugs according to syndromes and combining internal and external treatment,achieving a good clinical efficacy in eliminating evils and strengthening vital qi.
