摘　　要：目的观察艾灸联合养心汤治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择60例冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各30例。对照组予内科常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予艾灸联合养心汤治疗,观察2组治疗前后心绞痛疗效及症状改善情况、中医证候(胸闷、胸痛、气短、乏力)的改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率(90.00%,27/30)优于对照组(66.67%,20/30)。艾灸联合养心汤治疗可明显改善冠心病稳定性心绞痛的临床症状和心电图疗效,减少心绞痛发作的持续时间和硝酸甘油用量。结论艾灸联合养心汤治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion combined with Yangxin Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods Sixty patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional medical treatment,and the treatment group was given moxibustion combined with Yangxin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The efficacy and symptom improvement of angina pectoris and the improvement of TCM syndromes(chest tightness,chest pain,shortness of breath,fatigue)were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(90.00%,27/30)was better than that of the control group(66.67%,20/30).Moxibustion combined with Yangxin Decoction treatment significantly improved the clinical symptoms and ECG efficacy of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,reduced the duration of the disease and the dosage of nitroglycerin.Conclusion Moxibustion combined with Yangxin Decoction turns out to be clinically effective in treating stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
