摘　　要：目的探讨依折麦布联合培哚普利对老年冠心病患者SOD、MPO和MDA水平的影响。方法选取122例老年冠心病患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各61例,2组均进行常规治疗。对照组予培哚普利治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上联合依折麦布治疗,对比2组的治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率(88.5%,54/61)明显高于对照组(73.8%,45/61)(P<0.05);2组治疗前SOD、MPO和MDA水平对比无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后较治疗前SOD均升高,MPO、MDA均降低,同组对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05),研究组治疗后SOD较对照组升高明显,MPO、MDA较对照组降低明显,组间对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05);2组治疗前内皮功能指标对比无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后较治疗前NO均升高,ET均降低,且研究组改善明显,同组对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论依折麦布联合培哚普利治疗老年冠心病疗效显著,可有效调节患者SOD、MPO和MDA水平,抑制氧化应激,安全可靠。Objective To investigate the effect of ezetimibe combined with perindopril on the levels of SOD,MPO and MDA in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 122 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were selected and divided into study group and control group according to a random number table method,61 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment.Besides,the control group was treated with perindopril,and the study group was treated with ezetimibe on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(88.5%,54/61)was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.8%,45/61)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of SOD,MPO and MDA between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),yet SOD increased after treatment,while MPO and MDA decreased.Compared with the same group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05),and SOD of the study group increased significantly compared with the control group,while MPO and MDA decreased significantly,and there was significantly statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in endothelial function between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,NO increased and ET decreased,and the improvement was significant in the study group,and there was a statistical difference in the same group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ezetimibe combined with perindopril is significantly effective in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.The treatment can effectively regulate the levels of SOD,MPO and MDA,inhibit oxidative stress,and is safe and reliable.
