少腹逐瘀颗粒联合甲羟孕酮治疗子宫内膜异位症

摘　　要：目的探讨少腹逐瘀颗粒联合甲羟孕酮治疗子宫内膜异位症患者的临床疗效。方法选取子宫内膜异位症患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组予甲羟孕酮治疗,观察组予甲羟孕酮联合少腹逐瘀颗粒治疗,观察患者双侧子宫动脉血流动力学指标、炎性因子变化情况及治疗总有效率、6个月内复发情况。结果观察组治疗后左侧、右侧子宫PI、RI相比对照组均明显更低,最大血流速度相比对照组均明显更大(均P<0.05);观察组治疗后盆腔包块明显小于对照组,IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α指标水平均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(100%,40/40)明显高于对照组(85%,34/40)(P<0.05),6个月内复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论少腹逐瘀颗粒联合甲羟孕酮治疗子宫内膜异位症,可改善患者子宫动脉血液循环与炎症控制效果,提高临床疗效,降低复发率。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of medroxyprogesterone combined with Shaofu Zhuyu Granules in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with endometriosis were selected as subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each with 40 cases.The control group was treated with medroxyprogesterone,and the observation group was treated with medroxyprogesterone combined with Shaofu Zhuyu Granules.The hemodynamic indexes of bilateral uterine arteries,changes of inflammatory factors,total effective rate and recurrence were observed.Results After treatment,PI and RI of the left and right uterus of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the maximum blood flow velocity was significantly higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the pelvic mass in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,and the levels of IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(100%,40/40)was significantly higher than that of the control group(85%,34/40)(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate within 6 months was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shaofu Zhuyu Granules combined with medroxyprogesterone in the treatment of endometriosis can effectively improve the uterine artery blood circulation and the control effect of inflammation,improve the clinical efficacy,and reduce the recurrence rate.
