摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合保守治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效,探讨保守治疗异位妊娠的最佳用药方案。方法选择异位妊娠患者62例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各31例。对照组首次疗程予甲氨蝶呤每日30 mg,肌肉注射,共3 d,同时予米非司酮早35 mg口服,晚40 mg口服,共3 d,后续疗程按照患者血β-HCG水平的变化情况重复予米非司酮直至血β-HCG水平正常。治疗组在对照组首次疗程治疗基础上予中药制剂治疗,观察2组临床治疗有效率、腹痛时间等临床指标。结果治疗组的阴道出血时间、腹痛时间、包块消失时间以及血β-HCG恢复至正常水平所需时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗总有效率(96.77%,30/31)优于对照组(80.65%,25/31)(P<0.05)。结论中药联合甲氨蝶呤及米非司酮治疗异位妊娠疗效高,疗程短,且安全性良好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and to explore the best drug regimen for conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,the study enrolled 62 patients with ectopic pregnancy received and treated in our hospital.All the patients were allocated randomly into either treatment group or control group.Patients in the control group were given 30 mg/day methotrexate for 3 consecutive days for the first treatment course by intramuscular injection and mifepristone was given orally at 35 mg in the morning and 40mg at night at the same time.The subsequent treatment course was repeated until the the patient’s bloodβ-HCG level was normal.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese preparations on the basis of the first course of treatment in the control group.Clinical indicators such as effective rate of clinical treatment and abdominal pain time were observed in the two groups.Results The vaginal bleeding time,abdominal pain time,mass disappearance time,and bloodβ-HCG restoration time in the treatment group were all significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group(96.77%,30/31)was significantly better than that of the control group(80.65%,25/31)(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with methotrexate and mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy has a higher curative effect,with a shorter course of treatment and better safety.
