中药敷脐联合穴位按摩在慢传输型便秘患者护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药敷脐联合穴位按摩在慢传输型便秘患者护理中的疗效。方法选取我院收治慢传输型便秘患者76例,依据随机数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组,各38例。对照组给予常规治疗和护理,治疗组在对照组的基础上应用中药敷脐联合穴位按摩护理疗法,2周为1疗程。观察2组治疗护理前后中医证候积分变化;计算排便满意度和临床总有效率。结果治疗组中医证候积分降低较对照组更为明显(P<0.05);治疗后12周及6个月2组排便满意度评分结果具有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组临床总有效率为94.74%,对照组临床总有效率为78.95%,治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药敷脐联合穴位按摩护理疗法具有补肾温阳、润肠通便之效,能够促进肠运动,提高大肠传导功能,改善患者排便困难、四肢不温、腹中冷痛等症状。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of umbilical compress therapy with Chinese medical herbs combined with point massage in nursing patients with slow transit constipation.Methods 76 patients with slow transit constipation in our hospital were selected for the experimental study and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 38 cases in each group by random number table method.Patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine,while patients in the treatment group were treated with nursing therapy of umbilical compress with Chinese herbs combined with massage on the basis of the control group,two weeks as a course of treatment.Changes of TCM syndrome scores before and after nursing were observed between the two groups.Patients in both groups took barium meal respectively before and after nursing.Time required for emptying the barium meal in each bowel segment was measured to evaluate the improvement of the patients’large intestine conduction function.And the total effective rate of the two groups was calculated.Results The TCM syndrome scores in both groups were decreased,and the treatment group decreased more significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).Time for emptying barium meal through colon sigmoideum and rectum in the treatment group was significantly shorter(P<0.05).After 12 weeks and 6 months of treatment,the defecation satisfaction scores of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 94.74%and 78.95%respectively,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing therapy of umbilical compress with Chinese herbs combined with point massage has the effect of tonifying kidney and warming yang,moistening and relaxing bowels.The therapy can promote bowel movement,improve the conduction function of large intestine,and improve the symptoms of difficult defecation,cold limbs,cold and pain in the abdomen of patients.
