情景模拟培训在提高危重患者对接质量中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨情景模拟培训方法在提高危重患者对接质量中的应用效果。方法选取我院5个科室156名护士作为研究对象进行情景模拟对接培训,比较培训前后护士对接不良项目发生例数及患者家属、医生对护士对接质量的满意度。结果培训前后护士在危重患者转运对接环节中的语言沟通、紧急处理问题、病情评估交接、风险预见、管路交接、药品交接、患者皮肤等不良项目明显减少,医生及患者家属满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将情景模拟培训方式运用到危重患者对接培训中有利于提高危重患者对接质量。Objective To explore the application effect of scenario simulation training method in improving the docking quality of critically ill patients.Methods 156 nurses from 5 departments of our hospital were selected as the subjects for scenario simulation docking training.The case number of poorly docked items and the satisfaction of patients’family members and doctors with the docking quality before and after training were compared.Results After the training,the number of adverse items such as nurses’language communication,emergency treatment,condition assessment and handover,risk prediction,pipeline transfer,drug transfer,patient skin and other undesirable items in the transportation and docking of critically ill patients were significantly reduced,and the satisfaction of doctors and patients’families was significantly improved,both with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the scenario simulation training method to the docking training is beneficial for improving the docking quality of critically ill patients.
