摘 要:近年来,世界主要林产品消费国相继出台了打击非法采伐及相关贸易的法规,部分国家逐渐将木材可追溯性作为一种新的市场准入限制。由于其信息不可篡改、开放性和自治性等特征,区块链技术在溯源方面具有特别的优势。文中分析区块链技术在加蓬木材供应链溯源中的应用,探讨构建一个基于区块链技术的木材溯源系统,目的是为实现木材来源可追溯、提高木材供应链信息透明度、降低交易费用和减少贸易摩擦等提供新的解决思路。The major forest products consumers including the U.S.A and the EU have released regulations against illegal logging and related tradein recent years. Some countries use the wood traceability requirement as a market access limitation in order to reduce the competitions from other countries. Blockchain technology has the outstanding advantages in wood traceability as the information is characterized with unchangability,openness and self-governance. This paper analyzes the possibility to implement the blockchain technology to tracing the wood produced in Gabon back to the forest, and discusses how to establishthe wood traceability system based on blockchain technology. The study is aimed to realize the wood source traceability so as to increase the information transparency of wood supply chain, reduce trading costs and trade conflicts, and improve the image of the global wood industry.
