沙格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗糖尿病的临床疗效及其对胰岛B细胞功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨沙格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗糖尿病的临床疗效及其对胰岛B细胞功能的影响。方法选取攸县人民医院2018年7月—2019年7月收治的糖尿病患者60例,随机分为对照组29例与观察组31例。对照组予以盐酸二甲双胍片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合沙格列汀治疗。2组均连续治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后血清胰岛素(Ins)、C肽、餐后2 h血糖(PBG)、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组Ins、C肽、PBG、FBG、HbA1c比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组Ins、C肽高于对照组,PBG、FBG、HbA1c低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论沙格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗糖尿病的临床疗效确切,可有效缓解患者临床症状,降低血糖,改善胰岛B细胞功能,且安全性较高。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and impact on islet B cell function of saxagliptin combined with metformin in the treatment of diabetes.Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with diabetes were selected from July 2018 to July 2019 in Youxian People’s Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group(n=29)and observation group(n=31).The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets,the observation group was treated with saxagliptin on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.Clinical efficacy,Ins,C peptide,PBG,FBG,HbA1c before and after treatment,and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Ins,C peptide,PBG,FBG and HbA1c between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group of Ins and C peptide were higher than control group,while PBG,FBG and HbA1c were lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Saxagliptin combined with metformin have an exact clinical effect for diabetes,which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce blood sugar and improve the function of islet B cells,and with high safety.
