各类降糖药物的低血糖风险分析

摘　　要：低血糖是降糖药物的常见不良反应之一且容易被忽视,低血糖反应可造成严重的不可逆的神经系统损伤,甚至死亡。本文根据各类降糖药物的作用机制和药代动力学特点,对其发生低血糖的风险程度进行分析、分类和总结,旨在为糖尿病降糖治疗中的药物选择提供参考。Hypoglycemia reactions are common side effects of anti-hyperglycemic drugs,which could be usually ignored.However,hypoglycemia reactions could cause irreversible and sever damages to the nerves systems,even cause death.Based on the mechanism and pharmacokinetic characteristics of all kinds of anti-hyperglycemic drugs,this article makes systematic analysis,classification and summarize of the hypoglycemia risks of anti-hyperglycemic drugs,in order to provide references for the anti-hyperglycemic drug selection in the treatments of diabetes.
