摘  要:由于在人眼安全、光电探测、中红外超连续谱产生等方面的应用,2.0μm波段中红外激光器引起了人们越来越广泛的关注。本文采用熔融-淬冷法制备了含BaF_(2)纳米晶、Tm^(3+)离子单掺及Ho^(3+)/Tm^(3+)共掺的85SiO_(2)-7.5KF-7.5BaF_(2)(SKB)玻璃陶瓷,表征了样品的拉曼光谱、吸收光谱、808 nm泵浦下在2.0μm处的发光性能,得到了实验过程中Ho^(3+)/Tm^(3+)的最佳掺杂浓度。结果发现,Ho_(2)O_(3)、Tm_(2)O_(3)掺杂浓度均为1.0%时,2.0μm处Ho^(3+):5I7→5I8发射峰强度达到最大,并对Ho^(3+)和Tm^(3+)之间的能量转移机制进行了详细分析和讨论。研究表明,Tm^(3+)/Ho^(3+)共掺的BaF_(2)纳米晶SiO_(2)-KF-BaF_(2)玻璃陶瓷有望成为2.0μm波段中红外固体激光器的增益基质。2.0μm band mid-infrared lasers have attracted more and more attention due to their applications in human eye safety,photoelectric detection,and generation of mid-infrared supercontinuum.In this paper,Tm^(3+)ion doped and Ho^(3+)/Tm^(3+)co-doped 85SiO_(2)-7.5KF-7.5BaF_(2)(SKB)glass containing BaF_(2)nanocrystalline were prepared by melt-quenching method.The Raman spectrum,absorption spectrum and mid-infrared fluorescence performances of the samples at 2.0μm exited by 808 nm laser diode were studied.The optimal doping concentration of Ho^(3+)/Tm^(3+)was obtained during the experiment.The measured fluorescence spectra manifest that the maximal emission intensity of Ho^(3+):5I7→5I8 at 2.0μm can be achieved at the concentration of 1.0%Ho_(2)O_(3)and 1.0%Tm_(2)O_(3)in this component glass.Besides,the energy transfer mechanisms between Ho^(3+)and Tm^(3+)were also analyzed and discussed in detail.The results show that Tm^(3+)/Ho^(3+)co-doped SiO_(2)-KF-BaF_(2)glass ceramics can be used as the gain matrix for 2.0μm band mid-infrared solid-state laser.
