摘　　要：艾滋病(AIDS)疼痛是由艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染引起的疼痛综合征,可见于AIDS的各个阶段,具有发病率高、病程长、临床表现复杂及难根治等特点,严重干扰患者的生活质量。本文综述HIV感染者/AIDS患者疼痛的诊疗现状,供临床参考。AIDS related pain is a common problem in people infected with HIV.It can be seen in all stages of AIDS,with the characteristics of high morbidity,long duration,complex clinical manifestations,and difficulty to cure,which seriously disturb patient’s quality of life.This article reviews the current situation of pain diagnosis and treatment of HIV/AIDS patients for clinical reference.
