摘  要:近年来,相对于政府提升舆情处理能力的增强,企业在网络舆情危机应对方面凸显脆弱性,使企业危机事件常成为年度互联网舆情的爆点。鉴于此,从舆情事件本身、网民的影响、媒体的参与、政府的参与以及企业危机应对五个方面分析它们对网络舆情传播的影响,构建了企业危机事件网络舆情传播系统模型。针对"8.24滴滴顺风车女孩遇害"事件,对舆情传播机制进行模拟分析。研究结果表明各子系统内影响因素与网络舆情热度之间的反馈关系,在此基础上为企业制定相关政策提供建议。In recent years,compared with the improvement of the government’s ability to deal with public opinion,enterprises have become more vulnerable to the online public opinion crisis,making enterprise crisis events often become the annual Internet public opinion breaking point.In view of this,this paper analyzes the influence of public opinion events themselves,the influence of Internet users,the participation of media,the participation of the government and the enterprise crisis response on the dissemination of online public opinion,and constructs the network public opinion communication system model of enterprise crisis events.According to the"8.24 didi hitch-hiker girl killed"incident,the public opinion communication mechanism was simulated and analyzed.The research results show the feedback relationship between influencing factors in each subsystem and the popularity of online public opinions,and on this basis,and corresponding suggestions for enterprises to formulate relevant policies.
