大学生心理健康教育工作的系统化思考

摘　　要：大学生心理健康问题日益受到社会和学校的关注和重视,心理健康教育工作作为高校学生工作系统的一个子系统,具有整体性、复杂性、动态开放性等系统特性。从系统科学角度思考和审视这一工作,详细阐述了大学生心理健康教育工作的系统特性,从整体性、层次性、目的性、动态平衡性、开放性等方面,运用系统科学思想对大学生心理健康教育工作系统进行了分析和阐释。这将有利于提高大学生心理健康教育工作的科学化水平。Psychological Health of university student have drawn the attention of universities and the public.As a subsystem of university student work system,psychological health education has the characteristics of integrality,complexity,dynamic and opening.This work would be studied and analyzed through the systematic thoughts in this paper.Globality,structural hierarchy,purposiveness,dynamic balance,openness,and other perspective of system feature were discussed in details about student’psychological health education.Then enlightening significance of systematic thoughts was analyzed with example.Systematic thoughts will promote the scientific nature and effectiveness of student psychological health education.
