中药熏洗对全膝关节置换术后患者功能康复及疼痛症状的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药熏洗对全膝关节置换术后患者功能康复及疼痛症状的影响。方法选择2015年1月至2020年1月于我院行全膝关节置换术的80例患者,根据术后不同干预方法分为观察组和対照组各40例。对照组采用常规康复训练治疗,观察组采用常规康复训练联合中药熏洗治疗,比较两组的康复治疗效果和治疗前后疼痛评分。结果观察组的康复治疗总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的80.0%(P <0.05);治疗后,两组的疼痛评分均低于治疗前,且观察组的疼痛评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论中药熏洗有助于提高全膝关节置换术后患者的功能康复效果,缓解患者的疼痛症状,值得应用推广。Objective To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on functional rehabilitation and pain symptoms of patients after total knee arthroplasty.Methods 80 patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the different postoperative intervention methods.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with routine rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing.Results The total effective rate of rehabilitation treatment in the observation group was 95.0%,higher than 80.0%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing help improve the functional rehabilitation effect of patients after total knee arthroplasty,and relieve their pain symptoms,which is worthy of application and promotion.
