摘 要:从小型装配式水工建筑物混凝土要求出发,在传统混凝土建筑材料基础上,加入粉煤灰、硅粉、耐碱玻璃纤维等外掺剂,利用正交试验方法,以粉煤灰、硅粉、耐碱玻璃纤维为试验因素、不同掺量为试验水平,构造L_9(3~4)型正交表,寻求不同外掺剂配合比条件下混凝土28 d强度和容重,达到轻质高强的目的。由试验结果分析可知,上述外掺剂最优配合比为粉煤灰掺量20%、硅粉9%、耐碱玻璃纤维1%时,混凝土强度30.5 MPa,容重2 015 kg/m~3;并通过对比试验,确认结果达到设计要求。上述试验结果可为小型水工装配式建筑物实践提供借鉴。Starting from the concrete requirements of small prefabricated hydraulic buildings,and based on the traditional concrete building materials,the admixtures of fly ash,silicon powder and alkali-resistant glass fiber are added.The orthogonal test method is adopted to build L9(34)orthogonal table with fly ash,silicon powder and alkali-resistant glass fiber as test factors and the different mixing amounts as test level.The 28 d strength and bulk density of concrete under the different admixture mixing proportions are sought to achieve the purpose of light weight and high strength.According to the analysis of the test results,when the optimal mixing proportion of the admixture is 20%fly ash,9%silica powder and 1%alkali resistant glass fiber,the concrete strength is 30.5 MPa and the bulk density is 2015 kg/m3.And through the comparative test,the results are verified to meet the design requirements.The above test results can provide reference for the practice of small hydraulic prefabricated buildings.
