摘  要:研究了硫黄硫化体系、过氧化物硫化体系和补强体系对Sunthane■ E1034硫化胶力学性能的影响。结果表明,采用2种硫化体系均可使Sunthane■ E1034胶料获得较长硫化时间和较高硫化温度;采用硫黄硫化体系时,Sunthane■E1034硫化胶拥有较高拉伸强度、撕裂强度和拉断伸长率;选择硫黄硫化体系或过氧化物硫化系均有利于制作不同配方胶料,以改善屈挠性能、热老化性能和压缩永久变形。气相法白炭黑对Sunthane?E1034的补强效果较好,其硫化胶拉伸强度、撕裂强度和耐磨性均较优。Effect of sulfur vulcanization system,peroxide vulcanization system and reinforcement system on mechanical properties of Sunthane■E1034 vulcanizate was studied.The results showed that the long curing time and high curing temperature of Sunthane■E1034 compound were obtained by using the 2 kinds of vulcanization system.Sunthane■E1034 vulcanizate had high tensile strengh,tear strengh and elongation at break by using sulfur vulcanization system.The flex performance,hot aging properties and compression set of compounds could be improved by selecting sulfur vulcanization system or peroxide vulcanization system.T he reinforcement effect of fumed silica on Sunthane?E1034 vulcanizate was good,the tensile strength,tear strength and abrasion resistance of the vulcanizate were great.
