摘　　要：随着建设创新型国家重大举措的实施和系列区域发展战略规划的颁布,区域创新体系不断建立和完善,作为重要载体的区域创新平台已成为地方社会经济高质量发展的有力支撑。本文梳理了区域创新体系的总体发展现状,并以中科院作为典型分析案例,简述了区域创新合作的3种组织模式,分析了区域创新平台建设中存在的问题和挑战,阐述了区域创新平台升级版的定义、内涵和职能,并对进一步深化区域创新合作提出战略政策建议。With the implementationg of major measures for constructing an innovative country and the enactment of scries of regional development strategic plans, series of regional innovation systems are established and improved. As an important carrier, a regional innovation platform has become a strong support for high-quality development of local society and economy. This paper summarizes the overall development situation of regional innovation systems. Taking the Chinese Academy of Sciences as a typical case, itcondenses three organization patterns of regional innovation cooperation,analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of regional innovation platforms, expounds the definition,connotation and function of the upgraded version of regional innovation platform, and puts forward some related policy suggestions for further deepening regional innovation cooperation.
