基于问卷调查数据的某研究型综合性大学教师口碑的影响因素统计分析

摘　　要：基于某研究型综合大学本科生的"大学教师口碑在大学生群体中的生成与传播"问卷调查数据,使用因子分析对自变量降维,结合Logistic回归对调查数据进行统计建模与分析,主要解决以下两个问题:一、分析教师口碑影响因素及影响程度,得到了影响因子:学生背景因子(专业与性别)、教师教学能力因子(教学关注度与亲和度)、教师严格程度因子(考勤频率和评分高低)及教师魅力因子(教师形象与声誉、课堂互动情况);二、根据学生所获教师口碑信息预测选课情况,Logistic回归模型回代预测准确率较高。We constructed a statistical model,and solved the following problems,using factor analysis method to reduce the variable dimension,and combined logistic regression method,based on the data of questionnaire about"The generation and dissemination of public praise of college teachers in the student group"of the undergraduate at a research-based multiversity.First,analyze influence factors,including student background factor(major and sex),teaching ability factor(attach importance to teaching and teachers’affinity),teachers’strict degree factor(attendance and score),teacher charm factor(teacher image and reputation,classroom interaction).Second,predict the results of student elective course.The prediction accuracy of Logistic regression model is high.
