摘 要:基于锁相环的速度估计方案由于其易于实现和优良性能的优点而受到欢迎。然而,这种方法在输入信号为频率斜坡时不能实现速度准确追踪。在应用到并网变流器的q型锁相环的启发下,文中研究一种基于改进的q型锁相环的速度估计方案,用于感应电机的无速度传感器控制系统中。在该方案中,首先采用闭环转子磁链观测器,在实现转子磁链准确观测的同时,可以有效避免直流偏置的不利影响。在此基础上,利用改进型q型锁相环从转子磁链中提取速度和相位。最后,对所研究的速度估计方案进行实验测试,并与传统的基于q型锁相环的方案进行对比。The speed estimation scheme based on the phase-locked loop(PLL) attracts much popularity due to its key characteristics, e.g., simple implementation and satisfactory performance. However, this scheme may lose the ability in accurately tracking the frequency ramp. Inspired from the q-type PLL(q-PLL) applied in grid-connected converters, this paper proposes an improved q-PLL-based speed estimation scheme for speed-sensorless control of induction motor drive system. In this scheme, a closed-loop rotor flux observer was adopted to achieve the accurate estimation of rotor flux and acceptable robustness to the DC offsets. Afterward, the estimated speed and phase were secured from the estimated rotor flux through the improved q-PLL. Finally, the performance of the proposed q-PLL scheme was investigated and compared to the conventional q-PLL scheme through extensive experimental tests.
