摘 要:目的采用中心复合设计-响应面法优化当归新品种“岷归3号”当归多糖的提取工艺。方法以“岷归3号”中当归多糖含量为评价指标,在单因素试验的基础上,采用中心复合设计-响应面分析法优化“岷归3号”当归多糖的提取工艺。结果“岷归3号”当归多糖的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数66%,提取时间120 min,液料比7∶1,当归多糖得率为8.67%。结论该方法合理、可行,可作为“岷归3号”当归多糖的提取工艺,也可为“岷归3号”的品质评价及推广应用提供参考。Objective To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharides from new varieties of Angelica sinensis“mingui No.3”by central composite design-response surface method.Methods Taking the polysaccharides content of new varieties of Angelica sinensis“mingui No.3”as the evaluation index,on the basis of single factor,the extraction process of“mingui No.3”polysaccharides was optimized by the method of central composite design-response surface methodology.Results The optimal extraction process of“mingui No.3”polysaccharides was∶the alcohol volume fraction was 66%,extraction duration was 120 min,and the ratio of material to liquid was 7∶1,the extraction rate of polysaccharides from Angelica sinensis was 8.67%.Conclusion This method was reasonable and feasible,and it can be used as the extraction process of polysaccharides from Angelica sinensis“mingui No.3”,can also provide a reference for the quality evaluation and application of Angelica sinensis“mingui No.3”.
