基于“保胃气、填精血”治疗消化道恶性肿瘤体会

摘　　要：结合古代文献及自身临床经验,总结笔者基于“保胃气、填精血”治疗消化道恶性肿瘤的体会。认为消化道恶性肿瘤的发病多与外感邪气、饮食及情志等因素有关,其病机或因虚感邪,或因邪致虚,总以正气亏虚、痰凝血瘀为主,故治以扶正为主,兼以祛邪。笔者以“保胃气、填精血”为主要治疗原则治疗消化道恶性肿瘤,临证运用敦煌医方,并随症灵活加减,取得了满意的疗效。附典型病案1则,以资验证。Combined with ancient literature and personal clinical experience,this paper summarizes the author’s experience in treating digestive tract malignant tumor based on“protecting stomach qi and filling essence blood”.The author hold that the attack of digestive tract malignant tumor is mostly related to the factors,namely exogenous pathogenic factors,diet and emotions,etc.The pathogenesis of digestive tract malignant tumor is either contraction pathogenic factor due to deficiency,or causing deficiency due to pathogenic factors,and it is mainly due to consumption of healthy qi as well as phlegm coagulation and blood stasis,so the treatment focuses on strengthening healthy qi,combined with expelling pathogenic factors.The author treats digestive tract malignant tumor with“protecting stomach qi and filling essence blood”as the main therapeutic principle,applies Dunhuang medical prescriptions in clinical practice,and flexibly adds and subtracts in accordance with the symptoms,all of which has achieved satisfactory curative effect.One typical case is attached for verification.
